These Terms of Service govern your use of restobizpro.com and the RestoBiz Pro platform, provided by DCV Hospitality Solutions Private Limited (CIN U62013TN2026PTC197103, "RestoBiz Pro", "we", "us"). By visiting this site, requesting a pilot, or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
RestoBiz Pro is an F-BOSS, a Food Business Operator Support System, providing POS, kitchen display, inventory, purchasing, live P&L, guest CRM and related modules for restaurants and food businesses. Available platforms and features may change as the product is updated; we'll aim to keep this site and our communications current.
We offer a 15-day pilot on a live outlet, with no card required and no charge, as described on our Get Started and Pricing pages. During a pilot, you may use RestoBiz Pro on the terms described at signup. At the end of a pilot, continued use requires moving to a paid plan; we do not automatically charge you without your agreement.
You must provide accurate information when requesting a pilot or account, including a genuine business registration or license number, used to prevent duplicate trial requests. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Current pricing is published on our Pricing page and confirmed in your local currency at checkout. There is no setup fee and no charge during the pilot period. Fees for paid plans are billed as agreed at signup; specific commercial terms for multi-outlet groups are agreed separately in writing.
You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with the platform's operation or security; or use the platform to store or transmit data you don't have the right to use. We may suspend access for use that violates this section or puts other users or our systems at risk.
RestoBiz Pro, the F-BOSS name, and all related software, design and content are the property of DCV Hospitality Solutions Private Limited or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you. You retain ownership of the operational data you input into the platform (menus, transactions, inventory records, and similar business data).
How we handle personal data collected through this website is described in our Privacy Policy. Operational data you enter into the RestoBiz Pro platform as a pilot participant or customer is used to provide the service to you and is not sold to third parties.
The platform is provided "as is." While we work to keep RestoBiz Pro accurate and reliable, we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will identify every instance of loss or margin leakage in your operation. RestoBiz Pro is a decision-support tool; final business, pricing, staffing and operational decisions remain yours.
To the extent permitted by Indian law, DCV Hospitality Solutions Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using RestoBiz Pro at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or as otherwise agreed in your specific customer agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of restobizpro.com, subject to any arbitration clause in a specific customer agreement.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site or platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
